Bad Jazz

Sup. Today I went to the dentist. At dentist's offices there is always annoying jazz that you can't control or turn off. I've spent too much time today sitting in irritating places... case in point the hospital. In the hiring department, where I volunteer, people are always laughing obnoxiously. God, I wish they would just shut up. Especially when they are SO LOUD.. this one woman is constantly saying dumb, rhetorical things and laughing fakely and loudly.

I assembled packets for too long, while office banter banged in through the open workroom door. I was thinking today about them, since I have so much time by myself. I suppose it would be bad to tell people the truth when you're working with them, because it would "sour the office environment." But if this is true, I NEVER want to work in an office. Why do workers constantly ask each other how they are doing, when it only invokes "oh, just fine! just great! look at that beautiful sunshine! are you going out in it? oh, aren't you lucky!"
